Important Note on International Student Application

SAE Bangkok is able to appeal for a student visa for international students only if the students agree to provide full information and documentations requested on time. If the approval is delayed due to student's inefficient co-operation, we will not be responsible for it. In cases that students are not able to come in to Thailand in time of class because of the above mentioned problem, it is on the student's full responsibility to take care of what he/she have missed in that period of time on his/her own behalf. Our appeal for student visa is only applicable for the course duration stated clearly in time schedule and fees*.

SAE Institute-Bangkok cannot guarantee that student applying for student visa will be approved from Ministry of Education of Thailand as this is under the Ministry's authority to make final decision.

International Student under Student Visa are not allowed to work in Thailand. If you need to work, you will need to have your company processed a work permit for you. SAE Institute-Bangkok will not be responsible for any misuse of the student visa accquired through SAE Institute-Bangkok.

Student that is holding other types of Non-Immigrant Visa except Tourist type and is allowed to stay in Thailand throughout the period of time in the course still need to provide the documentation stated in the Standard Operating Procedures of Student Visa Application for the First Appeal. This is because your name and personal history is needed to be archived in the Ministry of Education of Thailand database as a student at SAE Institute-Bangkok.

Please provide our administrative dapartment will full co-operation in order for us to process the visa and student listing on time and without any problem occurs.

INTERVIEWING SESSION BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION OR THE SECRETARY DEPARTMENT OF THE PRIMENISTER'S OFFICE:
Above mentioned departments are the departments resposible for international students in Thailand. They have the authority to set up an interview or a meeting with the student directly in order to collect data and/or to persue personal history check. Usually they will contact the school and request for a meeting date with individual student. Please note that this is a normal random process by the government.
