Testimonials
"SAE Bangkok was a great starting place for me because of how few students there are in the school at one time. This gives me, and im sure other students, a better study atmosphere and the chance to use equipment and ask questions more frequently. The teachers were great and were always there to help and answer my questions. They were also there to add their own creative insight to my work, which I appriciate alot. My fellow students were a great group of international students. I really enjoy having a class of students from all over the world, because it starts more discussions about subjects and lets you learn how things may differ from place to place. Over all my time at SAE Bangkok was a great start to the program I have chosen to continue at SAE Amsterdam; and I'am hoping to have a just as unique and great experience there." Asmus Korn |

“I have to admit that I didn't know much about the SAE in Bangkok before I arrived as an eager fresher. But since my first lecture, a general introduction to music, to my very last class on Surround Sound and Audio Amplifiers I was encouraged to delve further into my academic passions. The support given by the lecturers and administrators is second to none. I was convinced that I had made the right choice of quitting my previous IT job and taking up the Audio engineering program. This is not only curricular (although being taught by some of the people who are at the forefront of their discipline is, of course, amazing and obvious from the start) but also, I found that if I had any questions there was always someone to speak to who would be glad to offer help irrespective of the department they belong to. It is this truly nurturing environment, which inspires the students to strive to be the best they can be. At least, I know it did for me!!!… I have come out of SAE Bangkok with the confidence and skills to, get a new job almost immediately and immerse myself in the music industry. The SAE Bangkok Audio Engineering department has been great. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Daniel Choo and Brett Radisich for or all the extended support; also, AL (Supervisor) Max, Tee, Pat, Note and all the other excellent teachers. Hence with their support, throughout my time at SAE Bangkok I developed socially & academically; so, I can't think of just one good thing to say about the School Of Audio Engineer (SAE) Bangkok as there are so many aspects that contributed to making my one year as a member of it incredible.” Rohith G. "SAE has helped me understand music and the process of production on a complete different level from when I started the course. Not only were the students friendly but the teachers and staff were very understanding and helpful in achieving our goals into becoming sound engineers. I enjoyed my experience very much and was able to notice how my creativity and technical skills enhance through out the year. I just wish the course would have lasted longer." "SAE Bangkok was more of a life experience than just learning Audio Engineering. The teachers were approachable and helpful whenever necessary, and the equipment used in practice made the learning experience more entertaining and enjoyable than just reading text books. I met and got to work with a great mix of people, and learned about different cultures I never had heard about before. I definitely won’t forget about the year I studied at SAE BKK" Sean Paul Lampon – Alaska, USA |

"About my time at SAE Institute Bangkok, Thailand.... The College was up to my expectations and more. I'm really happy and satisfied during my year at the institute. The work atmosphere is very pleasant and conducive to music, creativity and production. Moreover, the availability of studios and equipment allows us to complete the College’s projects and more personal time alone in the studio. The highlight of education at SAE Bangkok are the lecturers there are highly qualified and each have their own specialties in one or more discipline, which can reach all aspects of music, technique, artistic, industry practice and business. They are also real professional engineers that are willing to share their experience in the field, recording studios, live concert, post production to us. I’m so glad to have studied at SAE Institute Bangkok." Marine Caillat - France |

"SAE Bangkok offers a couple of benefits to a traditional Thai Communication Arts course. The biggest probably being that we are very focused on film making and are therefore able to cover a big range of topics for a short amount of time. Learning is very practical and hands on with several individual projects completed to quality standards to take away as a showreel once the students receive their Diplomas. We try to engage students all the time and are able to support the individual student due to the small class sizes of 5-10 students, that provide an ideal learning environment and are groups, that over time grow together as a strong team of independent filmmakers." "SAE Bangkok is a place where you first go in to find knowledge for things you are crazy about, however, once done with the learning and the practicing, what you get out of it is above your expectation. Community and society in relation to (and sometimes not in relation to) what you were interested in had expanded slowly bit by bit. And before you even realized, you get to be a part of it already, learning and moving along with what really is going on in real life other than that you learnt in school. If you are into the activities that SAE is offering you and also pay attention to what your colleagues can offer besides what already written in stone, you will get to learn how to go on doing wha'ts right and learning wha'ts wrong on your way of crafting your skills. SAE Bangkok has been trying hard to offer all these opportunities to their students. After all, learning right and playing right is what you can get out of SAE Bangkok and studying at SAE has always been the beginning of the right track into the career i love." "I was here since the beginning as student of SAE Bangkok
, now I have been working here for 6 years. I see what went on and the impact this school has towards local entertainment industry. To me, SAE can become a dream place as a media technology hub. Many of our students now work in top music or production house companies. Without SAE Bangkok, I would not be here doing what I love the most: Music. So god bless you, SAE Bangkok!" "Life without music would be a mistake" SAE Bangkok is where I finally found myself after years of administrative office work. In spite of 30+ in age, I felt like an elementary kid; learning something new every day and gearing with skills and authoritarian opinions in Sound Engineering, as well as theory, hands-on experience and quick problem solving are also crucial in Sound Business. Although the theory classes were 4 days a week 3 hours a day, I found myself spending countless hours of studio time 6 days a week, working on a school project or personal experiments, which save any student years of field experience. It's inevitable to say that SAE Bangkok raise my profession to next level. To be more exact, SAE Bangkok had helped me to understand deeper into the field of Mixing, Mastering, Advanced Recording, MIDI, Live Reinforcement , and ProTools(here I refer only the fields I really wanted to study before I joined SAE). I am so glad I joined this College as It had help me in practical-wise and theory wise. The things I’ve learned helped me a lot to be a more professional, organized, focused and skilled artist as well (Songwriter, musician and Vocalist). My final touch is 'SAE Bangkok is the right place for those who want to be an Audio Engineer and for those who want to make a band'. Kyaw San Chin a.k.a. Johnson Chin (Myanmar-based in America) |

It is my first experience to study in this course “Audio Engineering”, and it’s in SAE Bangkok. Although I never use those gears and doing recording before, the teachers have the passion to teach no matter what, they not only want you to get graduate but make sure you understand what they are teaching. SAE Bangkok is a good starting platform for a shot at the recording and media industry. From here you really could end up anywhere and it's your choice. In the dynamic world of the recording and media industry, having the foundation knowledge of audio engineering is a must and those without will get lost so I definitely recommend this course. I decided to start here and then go from there and it's landed me in one of the biggest events firms in the world, helping organize the London Olympics in 2012. The nine months in SAE gave me the technical knowledge involved in my work which made me a more valuable asset to employers. It's a great course overall and in nine months, you could be working on albums, films, live events, marketing, promotions and anything really! Melvin La Salle-Poujoulat - Thailand |

Always being interested in video and sound, I found myself working in music productions, radio broadcasts and live music entertainment as a performer and a sound technician.
Getting more involved in it, I decided I needed a focused study on the matter to perfect my technical skills. cheers Emiliano Anselmi – Italy |
